Cannot add admins

I have not been able to add a new admin to the Terre Haute Corps Symphony site. I am searching for a user, and no one pops up as an option to add.

    Right now I’m still unable to log-in to Symphony. Is anyone else able to log-in successfully? I can add the user once I am in. Awaiting IHQ’s response to this issue.

    I have a fresh instance with this on the Petoskey Corps. Just a specific person (Jill Hardy) who has a TSA email address, but it *refuses* to pop up when you search to add her as an admin.
